…Ann Marie Manfreda, Graphic Designer
Ann Marie Manfreda is a graphic designer volunteering her expertise to NALTCV, supporting their vital mission of training volunteers that work in a long-term care community. With over 15 years of experience in graphic and digital design, Ann Marie is excited about using her skills to help effectively communicate their mission to educate a volunteer workforce, spotlight their value, and improve the quality of life for those living and working in long-term care. She has a passion for impacting organizations through design and creating a positive impact in the world.
When she’s not designing, Ann Marie enjoys mountain bike racing (Vancouver has some of her favorite trails), ocean swimming, spending time with family and friends, trying new coffee shops, and baking!
…Kaynat Khan, Marketing
Kaynat Khan is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Promotion at the University of South Alabama. With extensive experience in media as a Radio Jockey and TV program presenter, as well as over six years in corporate healthcare as a Business Development professional, she brings a unique blend of communication and strategic expertise to her work. Kaynat has a strong interest in business development, particularly in marketing and communication strategies. Passionate about improving health access and outcomes, she is dedicated to promoting wellness and developing impactful health initiatives. She is excited to contribute her skills to a nonprofit that plays a vital role in supporting communities through health-focused volunteer initiatives.

Amanda Michalowski is an editor working with NALTCV to help deliver quality newsletters and blog posts to readers. She is currently enrolled in Rowan University where she studies English, Spanish, and writing for publication. After working as a mentor for disabled students, Amanda discovered the personal fulfillment that only working for a cause that matters can bring you; she became interested in applying her skills as a writer to collaborate on people-focused narratives that make a difference. And as a South Jersey native, Amanda is thrilled to contribute to a non-profit that serves the Greater Philadelphia Area in such a crucial capacity as providing residents with long-term care volunteers.
