The National Association of Long-Term Care Volunteers (NALTCV) believes meaningful human connection matters at every age.

Our mission is to strengthen compassionate connections between volunteers and people living in long-term care communities through training, advocacy, and research.

NALTCV prepares companion volunteers to build authentic relationships grounded in conversation, presence, empathy, and community engagement.
