…Amy Laughlin, CRCFA, ADC, CDP
Amy Laughlin, CRCFA, ADC, CDP graduated from the University of Leeds in England with a degree in Sociology and Social Policy and moved to the USA in 2002 to follow her heart and marry a charming southern gentleman. She began working in the field of activities as a volunteer 20+ years ago and quickly discovered the joy associated with educating, empowering and energizing senior adults. Amy is experienced in providing leadership and operations management for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Home Care, and currently holds the position of Director of Residential Life for Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina. She is a former Board member for the South Carolina Activity Professionals Association, and was proud to serve as President of the National Association of Activity Professionals for three years. She is a licensed Administrator, nationally credentialed through NCCAP and was awarded the South Carolina Activity Professional of the Year in 2014. She is a guest instructor for Winthrop University’s Department of Sociology and Anthropology and has presented workshops across the nation for activity professionals, senior living providers, healthcare professionals and groups of active seniors.
She is a group fitness instructor, and former playwright, choreographer and director of a theater company composed entirely of seniors.
Amy is an aspiring minimalist and seeker of a simpler life. She loves to exercise, read, write, cook and spend time with her chosen few.
…Dana Litwin, CVA
Since 2002 Dana has guided organizations in California’s Silicon Valley and worldwide to produce breakthrough talent and community engagement programs. She is a popular presenter at the Points of Light National Conference on Volunteering and Service (USA), and countless regional conferences and webinars. Dana is the creator of the premiere web series “Priceless Advice for Leaders of Volunteers.” She is the Past President of the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE), and a founder of the multi-sector National Alliance for Volunteer Engagement.
…Corina Sadler, CVA
Corina Sadler of Plano is the Volunteer Resources Supervisor for the City of Plano. She is a member of the National Association of Volunteer Programs in Local Government, Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement, Dallas Association of Directors of Volunteers, and Directors of Volunteers in Agencies Tarrant County. Additionally, she is a volunteer outreach committee member for the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration and social media manager for Engage Journal. Sadler received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Gerontology from the University of North Texas.
…Angela Williamson, CVA
Angela Williamson has been involved with volunteer engagement and leadership for over 17 years in a museum and currently is the Volunteer & Community Relations Specialist for the Blood Bank of Delmarva. In 2024 she incorporated her Volunteer Engagement Accelerator consulting business. Angela has presented for AL!VE’s annual conference, Delaware State Office of Volunteerism Conferences (panel participant October 2024),Delaware Association of Volunteer Administrators (DAVA), and Texas Volunteer Management Conference. She’s been on Nicole R. Smith’s podcast multiple times. Angela was the president of DAVA for several years, and started a COP in Healthcare for AL!VE in 2020. She was awarded the AL!VE Impact Award in 2022. She volunteers in her local community. She is now an instructor for Northwest Oregon Volunteer Administrators Association (NOVAA) 101 courses and a 4 week volunteer leadership focused course at the University of Delaware in 2025 for grad and undergrad students.
