Gina and Tamanna bring different professional backgrounds to NALTCV, but both are helping build the organizational capacity needed to move our mission forward.
Gina Capucilli
Volunteer Grant WriterGina Capucilli is a human services professional with a background in social work and community-based services. Her experience includes working with diverse populations, connecting individuals with resources and support, collaborating across service systems, and advocating for improved quality of life and access to meaningful services.
She is especially interested in work that strengthens human connection, dignity, and community support across the lifespan. As NALTCV’s Volunteer Grant Writer, Gina supports grant research, proposal development, and efforts to build a diverse and sustainable funding base for the organization.
Tamanna Sahoo
Volunteer Marketing & Communications SpecialistTamanna Sahoo holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver Business School. Before graduate school, she worked for the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle magazine HELLO! as a Senior Social Media Executive and content strategist.
Her experience includes supporting large-scale events, managing content for premium partnerships including Audi and Marriott Hotels, and analyzing marketing performance for senior leadership. At NALTCV, Tamanna supports brand strategy, digital outreach, campaign development, volunteer recruitment messaging, and efforts to expand awareness of NALTCV and its mission.
